The land was purchased for £510,000 and planning was acheived for a high spec development of 6 traditional townhouses in 2 blocks of 3. All units were delivered on time – even though the decision was made to further enhance the specification in an attempt to set the properties apart from anything available on the market at that time. All units were sold within 3 months of completion – with three units having been reserved off-plan.
The project GDV totalled £2,670,000.
