We achieved detailed planning for the extension and conversion of the existing detached guest house in Summer 2014. This provided 6 apartments comprising 1 one bed and 1 two bed garden flat, 3 one bed apartments on upper floors and 1 two bed duplex apartment over floors 2 and 3.
Construction commenced in October 2014 and was completed in October 2015.
All units sold quickly for between £250k and £350k.
